MM&M UG UK

Hi,

 

Here are the details of our February MMMUG meeting.

 

This event will be held in London at the MS SOHO offices. We will have visits from the leader of the new PowerShell User Group, Richard Siddaway and also James Clifford a specialist in Forefront at MS.

 

The meeting will be held on Monday 26th February. Directions to the venue can be found below.

 

The meeting will be mostly PowerPoint sessions although as always discussion is encouraged. There will also be a Q&A time at the end of the meeting.

 

The agenda for the meeting will be as follows: (although I may tweak the timings slightly)

 

18:00 - 18:30            Arrival

 

18:30 - 18:35            Introduction to speakers and the aims of the group

 

18:35 - 19:30            1st session; led by Richard Siddaway.

 

An introduction to PowerShell and what it can do for you as Exchange admins.

 

19:30 - 19:50            Food!

 

19:50 - 20:45            2^nd session; led by James Clifford, MS

 

A look at the new Forefront product range especially a deep dive on Server Security for Exchange.

 

20:45 - 21:00            Summing up and suggestions for future meetings.

 

21:00                        The End!

Are there any options for remote people?  Even if audio only?

Hi,

I am working on getting LiveMeeting setup so that we can broadcast audio and slides.

Not 100% certain it will be done for the 26th but I hope so.

 

I will send out an email to all members to let people know closer to the time.
